Chemical Anchors (Chemical Anchor Bolts)

Chemical anchors bond a threaded rod into concrete or masonry using a two-component adhesive cartridge. Because the load is transferred by adhesion rather than expansion, chemical anchors can be used close to edges, in small spacings and in cracked concrete where mechanical anchors would fail. They are the standard choice for heavy racking, handrails, curtain wall brackets and machine base plates.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does a chemical anchor work?

A two-part resin (in the cartridge or capsule) is injected into the drilled hole, then the threaded stud is inserted while rotating. The resin cures and bonds the stud to the concrete along the whole embedment — high loads with no expansion stress, ideal for close-to-edge fixings.

What sizes are available?

Available sizes range from M8 – M24. Contact us with your required sizes and quantities for a quick quote.

What is the MOQ and lead time?

The MOQ is 500 pcs (standard), 2,000 pcs (custom). Lead time is 7-15 days (standard), 20-30 days (custom). Mixed-size containers and larger orders are negotiable — send us your requirement for a quick quote.

Do you provide material certificates?

Yes. Material test certificates per EN 10204 3.1 are available on request, and our manufacturing is ISO 9001:2015 certified. RoHS and REACH compliance documentation can also be provided.
