Welded Plate Foundation Anchor Bolts

Welded plate anchor bolts carry a square or round steel plate welded to the bottom of the shank. The plate provides a large bearing area that distributes the load over a wide cone of concrete, giving the highest pull-out resistance of the common anchor bolt types. They are used where the foundation is shallow or the uplift load is high.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do welded plate anchor bolts work?

A steel plate (or plates) is welded to the bolt shank and the whole assembly is cast into the concrete. The plate bears against a large concrete area, transferring very high loads — the standard for heavy structural column bases and machinery foundations.

What sizes are available?

Available sizes range from M16 – M36. Contact us with your required sizes and quantities for a quick quote.

What is the MOQ and lead time?

The MOQ is 500 pcs (standard), 2,000 pcs (custom). Lead time is 7-15 days (standard), 20-30 days (custom). Mixed-size containers and larger orders are negotiable — send us your requirement for a quick quote.

Do you provide material certificates?

Yes. Material test certificates per EN 10204 3.1 are available on request, and our manufacturing is ISO 9001:2015 certified. RoHS and REACH compliance documentation can also be provided.
